The SWAT product team is on a mission to build a suite of transport and logistics products which will empower businesses to change the way they organise movement.
As a Product Management Intern on the SWAT Product team, you will be working on cutting-edge technology to solve complex, multi-faceted problems. SWAT operates in Singapore, Australia, Japan, The Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. We are tackling some of the most challenging transport/logistics problems in the world’s most congested cities.
You will have the opportunity to work with different functions within our organization to solve complex problems and deliver valuable product features to drive the growth of our business. You will get to collaborate closely with our Product team on the full-cycle of product management from Product Discovery, User Research, Prototyping, Feature Prioritization to Feature delivery and Post-release analysis.
Responsibilities:
● Assist product managers to understand and document the needs of users and business and aligning with product & design, engineering, business and solutions delivery teams to drive product features from concept to launch
● Assist with feature ideation with cross functional members of the product squad consisting of designers, engineers, quality assurance and transport planning analysts
● Establish deep understanding of SWAT Mobility’s platform to solve transport and logistics problems
● Synthesize information across the industry competition, user feedback and product metrics to drive product decisions
● Use JIRA to organize work tickets, ensure priority order of work items and track completion of tickets to meet stakeholder expectations.

● Deep interest in building products powered by complex technical
architectures
● Familiarity with constraint optimization in the transportation and logistics industry would be a bonus
