Rose Catalano

Rose Catalano has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Branch Manager at SWBC Mortgage since January 2010. In this role, Rose provides a range of mortgage products for 1-4 family residences, including fixed and adjustable loans, Rural Housing 100% loans, VA loans, FHA loans, Jumbo, and Conventional loans. Prior to this position, Rose was the owner and branch manager at Central Pacific Mortgage Co. dba Patriot Mortgage from July 1994 to December 2009. Rose holds an educational background from Arkansas State University.
