Steve Maynes

Steve Maynes is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in sales management and lending. Currently serving as Sales Manager at SWBC Mortgage since May 2021, Steve previously held similar roles at Stearns Lending from February 2017 to May 2021 and Tidewater Mortgage Services, Inc. from August 2011 to January 2017. Prior to these positions, Steve worked as a Senior Loan Officer at Fulton Financial Corporation from July 2003 to August 2011. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Loyola University Maryland, earned between 1979 and 1983.
