Cassie Dierks

Cassie Dierks, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as an NASM certified personal trainer at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) until 2020. From 2019 to 2022, Cassie held the position of a manager at Catopia Cat Café. Currently, they are employed at SWCA Environmental Consultants, where they started as a Talent Development Assistant in June 2021 and was subsequently promoted to the role of Talent Development Specialist in May 2022.

Cassie Dierks, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the UNM Anderson School of Management between 2020 and 2022. Their field of study during this period was Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Cassie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from The University of New Mexico, graduating between 2017 and 2020.

In addition to their academic degrees, Cassie also obtained a certification in Lean Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2023.
