Madeline Cauthen has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Madeline started their career as an Archives Intern at the National WWI Museum in 2014, where they read and summarized documents for an online database and cataloged donated books for the library. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Curatorial Tech at the Museum of Southwestern Biology, where they were responsible for preserving specimens, cataloging specimens, and reorganizing the bird skeletal collection. In 2020, they interned at the New Mexico Wilderness Alliance before joining NV5 in 2021 as a Geographic Information Systems Technician. Currently, in 2023, they work as a Staff Geospatial Scientist at SWCA Environmental Consultants.
