Robert Roeder

Robert Roeder, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Robert is currently the Director of Payroll Services at SWCA Environmental Consultants since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Mesa Airlines, Inc. from April 2017 to June 2020 as a Sr Payroll Operations / HRIS Manager. Robert also served as the Sr Payroll Operations Manager - InFlight at American Airlines from November 2015 to November 2016. In 2015, they worked briefly as a Business Development Consultant at HR Company Store. From May 2013 to November 2014, they were a Payroll Operations/Project Manager at GoDaddy.com. Before that, they held the position of Payroll Operations/Project Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from October 2007 to May 2013. Robert started their career at Honeywell in June 1996 as a Payroll Team Lead, where they worked until October 2007.

Robert Roeder, MBA, has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Robert earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Western International University, where they studied general business administration and management from 2003 to 2007. Building on this foundation, Robert went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, specializing in business administration and management. Robert successfully obtained their MBA in 2013. Additionally, Robert holds a certification as a Six Sigma - Green Belt Certified professional, which they obtained from Honeywell.
