Christina WooChing

Christina WooChing has had a varied and extensive career in the fitness and wellness industry. Christina began their professional career in 2012 as a Fitness Floor Supervisor for the Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center. Christina then worked as a Health & Fitness Specialist for Miami-Dade County and a Worksite Wellness Coordinator for NFC Amenity Management. In 2013, Christina began working for lululemon athletica as a Key Leader. Christina then held the position of Manager at Body & Soul Miami and Assistant Manager Miami Beach Showroom at lululemon athletica. In 2014, Christina became a Studio Manager at Flywheel Sports. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at the University of Miami in various roles, including Adjunct Professor, Assistant Director, Instructional Programs, and Assistant Director, Wellness. In 2020, Christina began their current role as Director of Training and Development at SWEAT440.

Christina WooChing holds a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Barry University, which they obtained in 2012. Christina also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Athletic Training/Trainer from Luther College, which they obtained in 2010.
