Clari Necuze

Clari Necuze has over 15 years of work experience. In 2004, they began their career as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Countrywide Home Loans. In 2007, they moved to Starbucks Coffee Company, where they held the roles of sr. specialist Partner Services and executive assistant. In 2010, Clari began volunteering at Calvary Chapel Kendall in the media ministry, where they were a director, technical director and camera operator. In 2015, they took on the role of HR & Accounting Manager at Calvary Kendall, where they assisted church leadership in benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. In 2016, they took on the role of Miami Heat - Clicks Operator at Miami HEAT. In 2019, Clari began working at Greystone Health Network as a Human Resources Manager, where they promoted, guided, and managed Human Resources services along with policies and programs for their communities. In 2020, they began working at SweatWorks as an HR Manager, Sr. People Operations Specialist and Human Resources Generalist.

Clari Necuze has attended Brandeis University and South Seattle College, but no additional certifications have been obtained.
