Dominick Madonna, MBA has had a varied career path, beginning with internships at Carrier Corporation and UTC Aerospace Systems in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Dominick then went on to become the Founder of X-Factor Lacrosse, LLC in 2017, where they were responsible for development, manufacturing, marketing, supply chain and management of a first to market startup company. In 2018, they worked as an Engineer I at Welch Allyn, where they were involved in the R&D of a Next-Gen Infrared Thermometer and the creation of a unique internal testing product. In 2019, they held two roles simultaneously, Professional Athlete for the Boston Cannons and Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Le Moyne College. In 2020, they worked as a Product Specialist at JMA Wireless, where they managed the Transmission Line Systems Product Line. Finally, they are currently a Product Manager at SweatWorks, where they are responsible for managing relationships with executive stakeholders, developing product strategy, creating a product roadmap and driving a cross-functional team to deliver on this strategy.

Dominick Madonna obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Merrimack College from 2013 to 2015, studying Mechanical Engineering. In 2019, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Le Moyne College.
