Craig Ripley

Craig Ripley has extensive work experience in the logistics and warehouse management field. Craig currently holds the position of Head of Warehousing and Outbound Logistics at Sweaty Betty since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Warehouse Operations at Sweaty Betty from December 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Sweaty Betty, Craig held various roles at DHL Supply Chain. Craig worked as an OMS Advisor from June 2017 to December 2021, where they implemented operational standards for improved performance across the UKI business. Craig also served as a Warehouse Optimisation Manager and Contract Operations Manager, responsible for large-scale multi-client operations and overseeing teams of managers and colleagues. Craig began their career at DHL Supply Chain as part of their Operations Management Graduate Scheme, gaining experience in warehouse operations, transport planning, and project management. Overall, Craig has a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Craig Ripley attended Northumbria University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a First Class Honours degree in International Business Management.
