Alexander Richards

Alexander Richards is an assistant building control surveyor at Sweco since September 2022, where responsibilities include learning various aspects of building control. Prior experience includes working as a site operative at Cambridgeshire Developments from September 2021 to February 2023, providing general site support and assistance to skilled tradespeople. An internship at Select Plant Hire in October 2021 offered exposure to site management and engineering operations. Additionally, Alexander worked as a customer service associate at Minstrel Court from October 2019 to March 2020. Currently, Alexander is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Building/Home/Construction Inspection at the University College of Estate Management. Educational background includes a BTEC Extended Diploma Level 3 in Business/Commerce from Comberton Sixth Form and GCSE qualifications from Bassingbourn Village College.
