Kärt Kaasik-Kepler

Kärt Kaasik-Kepler is an accomplished professional in corporate communications and social responsibility, currently serving as the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Swedbank Estonia since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kärt held the position of Brand & Communications Manager at Playtech, where responsibilities encompassed internal communications for over 700 employees, employer branding, external communications, and organizing corporate social responsibility initiatives. Kärt also worked as a Communications Consultant at Haap Consulting and as Communication Manager for the Good Deed Foundation, facilitating impactful social initiatives in Estonia. Earlier experience includes roles as a PR volunteer for World Cleanup Day, Marketing Communications Manager at Pürg, and various internships in communications. Kärt holds a Master’s degree in Media & Creative Industries from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Journalism from the University of Tartu.
