Katrin Meos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Katrin started their career as a Chief Specialist in the Working Life Development Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2001. Katrin then joined the Labour Inspectorate as the Head of Development and Personnel Department from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they worked at ABB where they held various positions such as Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Specialist from 2006 to 2007, OHS Advisor & Sustainability Controller from 2012 to 2015, and Country HSE Manager from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they work at Swedbank Estonia, firstly as the Occupational Health and Safety Area Manager from 2017 to 2021, then as the Head of Occupational Health and Safety Sub-Department from 2022 to 2023, and presently as the Head of Wellbeing.

Katrin Meos earned a Master's degree in occupational hygiene from the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include:

- "Kriisinõustamise väljaõpe spetsialiseerumisega operatiivsele reageerimisele" from Kriisinõustamise ja Eneseleidmise Keskus Mahena in August 2023.

- "Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance" from LinkedIn in March 2023.
