Piret Prangel

Piret Prangel has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 with SEB Pank AS, where they worked as an Accountant from June 2004 to May 2008 before transitioning to the role of HR Analyst from May 2008 to April 2011. Following this, they joined Statoil Fuel & Retail Eesti AS in April 2011 as a Reward and Industrial Relations Manager, a position they held until April 2016. Piret then joined ABB AS in September 2016 as an HR Information System Expert and worked there until September 2018. Most recently, they have been employed at Swedbank Estonia since October 2018, first as a Compensation and Benefits Area Manager and currently as the Head of Employee Relations.

Piret Prangel pursued their education at the Tallinn College of Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia) from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a professional higher education degree in Accounting. Later, they joined the Tallinn University of Technology and studied from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Social Sciences degree in Personnel and Development.
