Gustaf Aspenberg has extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in fixed income trading. Gustaf currently serves as the Head of Trading/Execution in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Credits at Swedbank Robur since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Swedbank as a Senior Fixed Income Trader from April 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for market-making in SEK Government bonds, Mortgage bonds, and IRS. Gustaf also played a key role in strategic planning and strengthening the franchise. Before joining Swedbank, Aspenberg worked at Swedbank Robur as a Senior Fixed Income Trader from August 2017 to April 2018. Here, they traded various fixed income products and contributed to execution enhancements and compliance with new regulations. Earlier in their career, they held several positions at Nordea Markets, Corporates & Institutions from 2008 to 2017, including Chief Dealer and Senior Dealer in SEK Fixed Income Trading. Gustaf focused on market-making in SEK Interest Rate Swaps, Government Bonds, and Covered Bonds, as well as developing the Rates franchise. Aspenberg also has experience with CG Invest AB, where they worked as the Owner from 1998 to 2003, primarily focusing on investment strategies in Swedish stocks and options. Gustaf started their career with an internship in M&A Advisory at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2001.

Gustaf Aspenberg's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Gustaf pursued a degree in M.sc. Industrial Engineering and Business Management with a focus on Programme Design. This program lasted until 2002.

During their time at KTH, Gustaf also attended Stockholm University from 1999 to 2002. Here, they pursued a Master of Business Administration and Economics degree with a specialization in Finance.

After completing their degrees, Gustaf participated in various management courses and training programs. In 2010, they took a management course called "UGL - Development of Group and Leader." In 2011, they attended the "Nordea - Potential Leader" program, which was also a management course.

In 2008, Gustaf attended a course on "Advanced Swaps and Bond" offered by Euromoney Training. The following year, in 2009, they completed a course on "Pricing & Trading Options" at IFF.

Gustaf also pursued personal interests and language learning. In 2002, they studied Spanish at Don Quijote in Madrid. In 2003, they became a member of the Nova 100 Network, although the field of study for this membership is not specified.

In 2015 and 2016, Gustaf attended the Nordea - Global Rates Development Programme, a management course focused on the field of study called "Management course."

Looking ahead, Gustaf plans to undertake further education in 2023. Gustaf will be attending Liquidnet University for a program called "Headway Leadership," specializing in Leadership.

In addition to their formal education, Gustaf obtained certification in "Kickstart - Leadership" from Perfect Life & Kentell Consulting. The specific month and year of completion are not provided.
