Jennifer Barck

Jennifer Barck has extensive experience in the legal and corporate governance sectors, currently holding multiple senior roles at Swedbank since February 2017, including Head of Group Legal Corporate Governance and Head of Group Legal Strategy & Operations. In addition to these roles, Jennifer serves as Deputy Chair on the Board of Swedbank Hypotek AB (publ) and Chairperson of the Board at Fastighetsbyrån. Jennifer co-founded Clearstone AB and has held various advisory and legal positions in organizations such as Intertrust, Aon, and Strive Advisory. Jennifer's earlier career includes experience as a Jur. kand. / Associate at RydinCarlsten Advokatbyrå AB, and academic representation at Stockholm University. Jennifer holds a jur.kand/LLM degree from Stockholm University, completed in 2006.
