Staffan Ahl

Staffan Ahl has extensive experience in investment and project management, primarily with Swedfund International since 1999, where roles have included Technical Assistance Manager, Director of Swedpartnership, and Investment Manager. In the position of Technical Assistance Manager, responsibilities include enhancing Swedfund's ownership capabilities to improve portfolio quality. As Director of Swedpartnership, Staffan oversaw financing and risk-sharing for over 250 Swedish SMEs in more than 40 countries, facilitating investments exceeding SEK 625 million. Prior to Swedfund, Staffan served as Project Manager at Region Stockholm from 1992 to 1998, focusing on implementing the Stockholm model. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Lund University, and certifications as a Certified European Financial Analyst and Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst.
