Mohammad Amin Rahimi has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Mohammad Amin worked as a Deputy Head of RDP at the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan, where they managed and implemented livelihood and rural development activities. Mohammad Amin also served as the Founder of Small charity big rewards. At Première Urgence Internationale, they worked as a Deputy Project Manager, supporting the project manager in budget planning and modification, as well as reporting and data analysis. Mohammad Amin Rahimi holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Chandigarh University, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Nangarhar University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Rahimi has also pursued several certifications. In October 2018, they obtained the PMD Pro (Project Management for Development Professionals) certification from APMG International. In August 2020, they earned the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation certification from AXELOS. Most recently, in May 2021, Rahimi completed the Technical Project Management in WASH Emergencies certification from Mercy Corps.
