Jessica Guenser-Onstot

Jessica Guenser-Onstot, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, CPHON, currently serves as the Interim Senior Director of Clinical Education at Swedish since October 2021, after holding the position of Manager of Clinical Education and Practice. In this role, Jessica leads initiatives related to professional nursing practice, onboarding, and competency assessment while overseeing a team of Nursing Professional Development Practitioners and collaborating with stakeholders to address nursing shortages. Jessica has previously served as a Nursing Professional Development Specialist at Seattle Children's from January 2011 to October 2021, gaining extensive experience in clinical education and patient care. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Nursing focused on Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University. Additionally, Jessica acts as a PTAP Appraiser for the American Nurses Credentialing Center since April 2024.
