Charles White has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Charles started their career at Philip Morris USA in 1984 as an Industrial Engineer and later held positions such as Strategic Planning Manager, Business Continuity/Contingency Planning Manager, Systems/Account Manager, and Research and Evaluation Manager. In 2004, they joined Hudson River Empires as a Partner/Consultant. Charles then moved to Swedish Match North Europe AB in 2005, where they served as a Director, Technology Accounts and eventually became the Global Head of Business Engagement Commercial, Group IT. Throughout their career, Charles has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in technology strategy, project management, budgeting, negotiation, and contingency planning.

Charles White has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Engineering and Political Science from Virginia State University, which they earned between 1977 and 1981. Charles obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Peter's University from 1993 to 1995. In 2005, they completed a Certificate program in Business Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. Lastly, in 2008, they acquired a Master's Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University.
