Rojin Nurkic

Rojin Nurkic is a Case Officer at Migrationsverket, specializing in the return process of asylum seekers since December 2021. Previously, Rojin worked as a Court Clerk at Attunda tingsrätt from March 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included handling criminal cases and coordinating proceedings. Rojin gained international experience as an intern in the Section for Turkish-Swedish Cooperation at the Consulate General of Sweden in Istanbul in early 2019. Earlier volunteer work at FemCenter focused on supporting victims of violence. Rojin has a Bachelor's degree in Human Rights and International Law from Lund University, complemented by studies at Uppsala University and Koç University, along with other educational achievements in human rights and language proficiency.
