Zandra Norman

Zandra Norman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and human resources analytics. Currently employed as a Projektledare at FMV - Försvarets materielverk since May 2020, Zandra has also held a long-term position at Migrationsverket since April 2014, where responsibilities have included roles as HR-analytiker and Case Officer, focusing on quota refugees and IT system requirements. Prior experience includes serving as a service transition specialist (consultant) at Saab from February 2019 to May 2020, case officer at Säkerhetspolisen for a brief period in early 2017, and qualified officer at Arbetsförmedlingen, where Zandra specialized in labor market integration for newcomers. Zandra holds a degree in Language, English from Linköpings universitet and has pursued further education at Mid Sweden University and the University of Greenwich.
