Adrian Mills

Adrian Mills has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adrian is currently the Vice President of Commercial Operations & General Manager LATAM at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ), where they oversee the commercial operations in Latin America. Prior to this, they were the VP Commercial Operations, International Division at Sobi, leading the commercialization of rare disease medicines in Europe, China, and the Middle East. Adrian also served as the VP Commercial Operations Immunology Rare Diseases at Sobi, where they played a key role in the global commercialization of emapalumab, an innovative mAB for rare immunological disorders.

Before joining Sobi, Adrian held leadership positions at NovImmune S.A., where they served as the Chief Business Officer/Chief Commercial Officer. During their time there, they led business/corporate development activities, completed 9 licensing deals, and spearheaded the commercialization of a lead mAB for a rare immunological disorder.

Adrian also has experience as an Independent Consultant at Alacrita Consulting, advising life sciences companies on various aspects of their operations and commercial strategies. Prior to that, they held various roles at GSK, including EU Commercial Director/General Manager Critical and Rare Diseases, Commercial Director Rare Diseases & Specialist Medicines in Japan, and Business Unit Director, Rare & Critical Diseases in the UK.

Earlier in their career, Adrian worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a Director of Sales and Regional Business Director. Adrian also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at Booz & Company, a Senior Consultant at The Wilkerson Group (TWG), and an Executive in International Finance at Schroders. Additionally, they served as an Intro-tech Teacher at VSO.

Adrian Mills holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Adrian also completed an MSc in Irrigation Engineering from the University of Southampton. Furthermore, Adrian pursued an MBA at the London Business School. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
