Pontus Elander

Pontus Elander is an experienced regulatory affairs professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Global Regulatory Compliance Lead at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) since April 2021, Pontus has previously held positions such as Senior Global Regulatory Manager and Regulatory Head Nordic at Bausch Health Companies Inc. Additionally, Pontus has extensive experience with Mylan as Group Leader - Regulatory Affairs and Bristol-Myers Squibb in various roles, including Associate Director - Regulatory Affairs Europe and Manager - Regulatory Affairs Europe. Pontus has completed several courses at the Swedish Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences and holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biomedical Sciences from Karolinska Institutet.
