Fadi Barakat

Fadi Barakat serves as the Vice President of the Swedish Red Cross and the Business Development Manager for Malmö stad, roles held since June 2021 and May 2017, respectively. Additionally, Fadi is the CEO of Barakat Consulting since December 2020. Previous positions include Sustainability/HR Manager at Manpower Sweden, Consultant at CellaVision, and Instructor at Malmö University. Fadi's foundation in medical technology was established through roles such as Sales Manager at Elgiganten AB and Medical Technologist at various institutions. Fadi holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences and a Master's in Leadership and Public Organisation, and has pursued studies at several educational institutions including Lund University and the Swedish Air Force Military Academy.
