Henri Metzger is currently the Head of Sales at Sweep. Henri has previously worked as a Conférencier - Intervenant pour la transfo RH for Wolters Kluwer from April 2017 to May 2020 and as a Strategic Account Executive for OpenClassrooms from September 2016 to June 2020.

A passionate advocate for digital transformation, Henri has helped lead the transformation of HR departments as an intervener and speaker for Wolters Kluwer (Liaisons sociales, Lamy formation, Les Echos formation).

At OpenClassrooms, Henri worked on product-market fit with a very customer-centric approach, leading to the establishment of the first customer success management team (a team of five people today). Henri then moved on to Go-To-Market, where they helped develop OpenClassrooms' different B2B offerings and grow the company's revenue (avg. x2 revenue generated yoy individually). Henri even had the opportunity to endorse the role of acting CRO for three months (July 2018).

Today, Henri is helping maintain Sweep's hyper-growth by working on complex projects with high stakes and international strategic partners. What a journey!

Henri Metzger is a sustainable business strategist who has studied at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, ESCP Business School, University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia. Henri holds certifications from ProductLed, INSEAD, HubSpot Academy, and LinkedIn in areas such as product-led growth fundamentals, business strategy and financial performance, sales enablement, and perfectionner ses techniques de vente avec la méthode SPIN Selling.

Henri Metzger works with and Brahim Bouhadja - VP of Sales. Their manager is Philip Turner, Chief Revenue Officer.
