Matthew Atkinson has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Research Scientist Intern at Inria, where they developed drones using a Raspberry Pi, a Pixhawk autopilot, and the Dronekit SDK. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at Tech4Race and a Web Developer Intern at Smartmoov, where they were responsible for making the application architecture, responsive design, a machine learning model to predict future fuel prices, and optimizing the application. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Ollie Order, where they implemented new features, built a JS SDK, and conducted an architecture review of the frontend. Matthew also worked as a Software Engineer at Zenika, where they developed an open source project and switched the backend from Express to NestJS and GraphQL. Finally, in 2022, Matthew is currently working as a Software Engineer at Sweep.
Matthew Atkinson completed their high school degree at Jean Guehenno High School in 2014, majoring in Scientific Engineering Sciences. Matthew then attended Université de Rennes I from 2014 to 2016, where they completed a Preparatory Cycle in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering. Finally, they attended ESIR from 2016 to 2019, graduating with an Internet of Things degree in Computer Sciences Engineering.
