Joe Frola

Joe is the Executive Vice President of Operations. He has responsibility for our overall operational excellence and efficiency as well as oversight of fleet management, procurement, and acquisition integration. He has more than 21 years of experience in leading operations for construction and solid waste businesses. For the last ten years, he has worked in both a publicly-traded and private equity-backed setting to deliver results through operational improvement in fleet efficiency, maintenance process control, and driving safety culture. Mr. Frola is a hands-on manager who is experienced in recruiting, hiring, and managing a diverse labor force, included union labor, across a broad geography. Joe is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and has a BS from The Ohio State University. Additionally, he has both a BS and MS in civil engineering from The University of Akron.
