Michael Modjeski has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Michael started their career as a Regional Manager at Sabatasso Foods in 1994 and worked there until 1998. Michael then joined Chef America as the Director of Foodservice and held the position until 2005. In 2005, they became the National Sales Manager-Deli at Nestle and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they served as the National Sales Manager at Yucatan Foods. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Foodservice at Sweet Harvest Foods since 2009. In this role, they are responsible for sales to major buying groups and chains, managing sales in excess of $55 million.
Michael Modjeski attended Michigan State University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Management.
