Jeff Hinds

Jeff Hinds has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jeff started their career as a Facility Coordinator at General Mills, where they worked for 15 years. Jeff then joined The Bama Companies, Inc and quickly progressed through several roles, including Director of FS/QA and Director of Food Safety. During their time there, they implemented changes to improve food safety and obtained GFSI certification for three facilities.

Afterward, Jeff joined Vital Farms as the Vice President of Quality, Food Safety, R&D, and Production. Jeff built a new processing facility and led a team of 30 employees.

Next, they joined Spicin Foods as the Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw various departments and implemented budget processes. Jeff later became the President and Chief Operating Officer, leading the company's organic growth and marketing strategies.

Jeff's most recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer at Smallhold, a role they held for over a year before joining Sweet Loren's as the Senior Vice President of Operations in 2023.
