Simone Adeshina

Simone Adeshina is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Sweet Oak since December 2024, Simone drives strategic HR initiatives for Sweet Oak Group, including Whole Earth Brands, Mafco Worldwide LLC, and Royal Oak Enterprises. Previously, Simone held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Whole Earth Brands, managing global HR strategies across multiple regions. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at MAFCO Worldwide LLC, where Simone focused on talent development and HR alignment with corporate strategy, and earlier roles at Unique Industries and Crothall Healthcare. Academically, Simone holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The Pennsylvania State University.
