Kayla Rodriguez Graff is the co-founder and CEO of SweetBio, a company that produces products made from all-natural sugarcane fiber. Kayla has a long history of working in retail, starting as an intern with Target in 2008 and eventually becoming a manager of tablet go-to-market strategy. In 2014, they left Target to become a mobile product management consultant, but returned to the company in 2015 as a senior business partner for organizational effectiveness in multichannel.

In February 2015, Kayla co-founded Kikfli, Inc., a company that produced all-natural sugarcane fiber products. Kayla served as an advisor for the company until January 2016.

Kayla's experience in retail and their passion for all-natural products led their to start SweetBio in 2016. The company has since grown rapidly, thanks in part to Kayla's innovative leadership.

Kayla Rodriguez Graff's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hult International Business School with a focus on disruptive business models, new product development, entrepreneurship, and international strategy. Kayla also has a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University and a BSB from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management with a focus on entrepreneurial studies and marketing. Kayla also has Front End Web Development training from General Assembly with a focus on web page and digital/multimedia and information resources design.
