Roberto Ranieri

Roberto Ranieri is a seasoned mixologist and bar manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since October 2014, Roberto has worked as a freelance mixologist and event manager, collaborating with events companies and spirits brands across the UK and Europe. In addition to freelance work, Roberto holds multiple roles as mixologist and bar manager at various establishments such as Create Cocktails, Last Supper Ltd, Holy Water, and Sweet&Chilli Ltd. Prior experience includes managing the bar at W Hotels and serving as bar manager at Funky Buddha Club, where responsibilities included staff recruitment, training, and cocktail menu design. Earlier roles include head bartender positions at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Morgans Hotel Group, where Roberto developed a passion for mixology and honed skills in bespoke cocktail creation. Roberto possesses a Diploma in Scientific Studies from Italy.
