With an eye focused on bottom line value, the Sweetwater Merit Shop teams deliver expertise in budgeting and estimating, constructability and lifecycle reviews, and project control methodology; all coming together to help ensure a successful project.

Sweetwater’s Founder, Ronald C. Witt, Sr. (1944 - 2017), was a retired Commanding Officer and Captain with the United States Naval Reserve.  He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, and served for 27 years on active duty and in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
