Giles Montgomery

Giles Montgomery has extensive experience in education and athletics, currently serving as the Head Track & Field Coach and Assistant Football Coach at Sealy Independent School District since June 2017. Previously, Giles held multiple roles at Sweetwater Independent School District from July 2012, including Strength and Conditioning Coach, Assistant Track and Field Coach, Assistant Football Coach, Outdoor Instructor, Career Technology Teacher, Truant Officer, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Physical Education Teacher. Prior experience includes serving as the Coordinator of Retention and Student Success Specialist at Texas State Technical College from January 2010 to July 2012 and a brief role as a Correctional Officer at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Giles holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Communication and Social Work from Texas Christian University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
