Holly Klerekoper

Holly Klerekoper is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in executive and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Founder and Recruiter at Limelight Search since 2023, Holly also holds the position of Executive Recruiting Partner at SweetWork, where focus is placed on strengthening client workforces. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Executive Recruiting Manager at Capital One, managing searches for senior leaders, and Head of Recruiting at Alarm.com, where recruiting strategy for a growing tech company was developed. Holly's earlier career includes significant leadership positions at RGP, where talent acquisition strategies were designed for the Mid-Atlantic region, along with a strong foundation in recruiting at Capital One and RGP. Holly holds a BS in Biology and English from William & Mary and has pursued postgraduate studies at Cornell University and The Johns Hopkins University.
