Rob Greiner is a Senior Software Architect with Sweft since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Solution Architect at Centivo from 2019 to 2022, where they designed, built, and maintained an end-to-end software delivery pipeline in AWS, 30+ SOA applications, an external real-time notification scheduling and delivery system, 7 ETL applications, project management techniques, software delivery practices, engineering team principles, security strategy, and data integration strategies. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst at Sentient Science, where they completed a functional prototype in 4 weeks, restructured process and resource management, increased release speed by 150%, migrated a legacy application to be event driven and serverless, restructured the team process, automated a prediction pipeline, and assisted with the discovery and generation of a gradient boost machine learning model. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at Liazon, where they worked on maintenance and enhancement of the primary platform for insurance plan configuration management and enrollment selection, ported implementation of legacy allocation infrastructure over REST to an event-driven system, filled various team roles, and led 5 major feature efforts. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Director of Software Engineering at RestMark Group LLC, where they revived software development of a new restaurant search database application and assessed current architecture limitations. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Software Developer at Ziphany, where they optimized the longest running queries and procedures, helped normalize database structure and implementation, and enhanced the work-flow from database to user-experience. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Software Developer at ValueCentric, where they designed, developed, and tested application software for the pharmaceutical industry, developed full-feature add-ons and optimizations to existing framework, and led team efforts for new feature development and improvements upon existing feature sets. Finally, from 2005 to 2006, they were a Programmer at Fortuna Enterprises, where they developed a new interface (PHP) for an automated eBay listing program, exposed existing software limitations, implemented new optimized methods to improve efficiency, and designed an O-O Warehouse System with full database integration and automated tasks.

Rob Greiner received their Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Music Performance (Violin) from SUNY Geneseo in 2005, having started their studies in 2000.
