Paula Segura de la Monja has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Paula started their career as a Piping Support Engineer at Tecnicas Reunidas in 2006. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an R&D Product Developer and Rheology Specialist at Barry Callebaut Group. In 2022, they became a Process Engineer at Sweco for a period of five months. Paula then moved on to Atotech an MKS Brand, where they worked as a Laboratory Engineer from September 2022 to June 2023. Currently, Paula holds the position of Process Engineer at SweGaN AB, starting from June 2023.
