Paula Segura de la Monja has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Paula started their career as a Piping Support Engineer at Tecnicas Reunidas in 2006. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Project Manager in Process Technology at Nynas AB. In 2016, they joined Lantmännen Agroetanol AB, where they served as an Innovation Engineer for a year and later as a Process Engineer for six months. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an R&D Product Developer and Rheology Specialist at Barry Callebaut Group. In 2022, they became a Process Engineer at Sweco for a period of five months. Paula then moved on to Atotech an MKS Brand, where they worked as a Laboratory Engineer from September 2022 to June 2023. Currently, Paula holds the position of Process Engineer at SweGaN AB, starting from June 2023.

Paula Segura de la Monja began their education at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
