Libera Anna Insalata

Libera Anna Insalata has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Starting in 2006 as a Junior Consultant at Studio Staff S.r.l., they gained experience in HR recruiting, training, and development projects. Libera Anna then joined Elica Spa in 2008, where they served as an HR People&Knowledge Specialist and later became the HR Talent Acquisition, Development & Employer Branding Manager. Libera Anna'sresponsibilities included recruiting, training, employer branding activities, and supporting corporate communications and marketing strategies.

In 2012, Libera joined The Vitec Group plc as a Talent Acquisition, Development & Compensation Manager, overseeing recruiting and selection activities and managing employee development and organization. Libera Anna later became an HR Business Partner for the Marketing&Sales Department and a Talent Development Manager, involving HR management, lean projects, restructuring, and disciplinary cases. In their last role at The Vitec Group plc, they served as an HR Manager, in charge of people management, organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.

In 2019, Libera moved to SIT, where they assumed the role of HR Manager for the Opportunity To Market Process, responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and activities for the R&D, Innovation, and Marketing departments. Later, they became the HR Director for the Metering Division and the Head of HR CoE, overseeing HR management for the Metering businesses.

Lastly, Libera is currently working at Swegon Group as the Human Resources Director, a position they began in 2023.

Libera Anna Insalata has a diverse education history. In 2002, they earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma. From 2012 to 2014, they attended ISTUD Business School and obtained a Master's in Business Management with a focus on ILA. In 2020, they completed the Executive Management program at Columbia Business School and also received certification in HR and Leadership Development from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR). Additionally, Libera Anna Insalata has acquired various certifications, including Hogan Certified - Assessor from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2022, Associazione Italiana Formatori Socio Ordinario from AIF Associazione Italiana Formatori in 2015, and Certificazione ANALISTA PI from The Predictive Index in 2010.
