Paul Hammer

Paul Hammer's work experience spans over twenty-five years, starting as a Software Production Engineer at UNICRU in 1998. Paul also worked as a Software Consultant & Developer at Lynda Allene Prod. & Serv. Inc. and a Senior Software Eng. / Project Lead at Mentor Graphics Corp. In 2002, they joined Classroom Connect Inc. as a Software Engineer and then moved to palm as a Software Tools Engineer from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer (contractor) at LinkedIn, managing QA servers and developing test results reporting tools. Paul then joined Symantec and worked there until 2010 as a Sr. Software QA Engineer. Paul continued in the same role at Riverbed Technologies from 2010 until 2016 when they became a Staff Engineer at Illumio and served until 2023. Currently, they work as a Lead QA Engineer at Swell Energy.

Paul Hammer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math Major from Willamette University, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Paul then attended Oregon State University from 1983 to 1988, where they completed a Master of Science in Computer Science.
