Steve Wheat has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Steve is currently working at Swell Energy as the Vice President of Grid Services Program Management. Prior to Swell Energy, Steve worked at Sunrun where they held various positions including Director of Program Management and Sr. Program Manager of Grid Services. Steve also served as the Sales Operations Manager and Deal Desk Lead at Sunrun, where they led process improvement initiatives. Before Sunrun, Steve was the Co-founder of Titlepool, a social tool for book lovers, and the Chief Editor at A Growing Culture, a non-profit sustainable agriculture start-up. Steve also worked as a Business Strategist at CECAM Bolivia, a Media and Distribution Liaison at Buen Power Peru, a Technical English Language Instructor at Saudi Arabian Logistics and Technical Services, a Professor of English at Shinas College of Higher Technology, an English Language and Business/Management Instructor at Telfort Business Institute, and an English Language Instructor at Shunan English School.
