Tineessa Nelson

Tineessa Nelson has a diverse background in project and program management within the clean technology and renewable energy industry. Tineessa most recently worked at Swell Energy as the Director of Design & Permitting, overseeing multiple programs and leading a team of five members. Tineessa'sresponsibilities included managing site surveys, design and engineering, permitting, business licensing, and partner programs. With their effective program management and strategic partnerships, Tineessa contributed to $25 million in revenue. Prior to that, they worked at Palmetto as a National Program Manager (GTM) and Senior Permit Manager, where they showcased their knowledge of clean technology, renewable energy, solar, and the climate industry. Tineessa excelled in communicating complex scenarios and solutions to various audiences, providing valuable insights on product management methodologies, data analysis approaches, and market trends. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Citadel Roofing & Solar as a Permit Manager, at Energy Saving Pros as an Operations Project Manager, and at Salt Shed Design Build, LLC as a Project Manager. Throughout their work experience, Tineessa demonstrated their ability to evaluate applications, integrate vendor management technology, establish and maintain positive relationships, monitor project timelines and expenses, and propose project modifications as needed.

Tineessa Nelson is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Colorado State University Global, with an expected graduation in 2022. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Project Management Skills for Leaders from LinkedIn in August 2022.
