Thibault Richon

Thibault Richon is a finance professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and private equity investments. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure at SWEN Capital Partners since May 2016, Thibault leads a major player in Responsible Investments with approximately €5.8 billion in assets under management. Prior to this role, Thibault was a Portfolio Manager at OPTrust Private Markets Group, where responsibilities included origination, execution, and management of investments across Europe, and served as Associate Portfolio Manager at the same organization. Thibault began a career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where roles included Associate and Analyst within the European Utilities and Renewables Group. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Paris, attained in 2006.
