Tobey Culpepper is an experienced Chief Engineer with a strong background in the marine services and offshore construction industries. Currently holding the position of Chief Engineer at Quanta Marine Services, LLC since February 2018, Tobey also serves as Chief Engineer at Swiber Offshore Construction from July 2009 to the present. Previous roles include Chief Mechanic at Manson Gulf LLC from December 2007 to July 2009, and Chief Engineer (non-licensed) at Stolt Offshore Construction from October 1996 to November 2006.
