Loek Timmermans

Loek Timmermans has extensive experience in safety and security, currently serving as a Calculator spoorbouw at SWIETELSKY RAIL BENELUX B.V. since June 2018. Prior to this role, Loek worked at Betim Meubelen as an allround medewerker from January 2007 to June 2018, focusing on the delivery and installation of furniture for customers. Additional significant experience includes conducting a research project on active shooting scenarios for Rechtbank Limburg, preparing a tailored advisory report with security measures; developing an explosive safety document at Smurfit Kappa in compliance with ATEX regulations; and enhancing internal fire safety procedures at Lunet zorg. Loek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrale Veiligheidskunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by various qualifications in safety and English proficiency, including a degree from EF International Language Campuses and a certificate from the University of Cambridge.
