Nanda Aravind is an HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and research. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Swift since July 2023, Nanda previously held the position of HR Associate at Avataar from January 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Alliance For Legislative Aid and Research in 2021, an HR position at IPIX Technologies in June 2019, and serving as Research and Editorial Head for the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at Shri Ram College of Commerce.
