William Kelsey

William Kelsey has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. William served as the Chief Development Officer at Swift Current Energy from 2016. Prior to that, they were the President of W. R. Kelsey Company, Inc. from 2009 to 2016. William also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Equisales Associates from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, William Kelsey worked as the Director of Project Management at Horizon Wind Energy from 2003 to 2007. William was a Manager of Development at InterGen North America from 2001 to 2002 and a Manager at Hart Energy International from 1999 to 2001. William began their career as a Development Engineer at The Coastal Corporation from 1997 to 1999.

William Kelsey attended Texas A&M University from 1989 to 1993. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science.
