Sara McCarthy

Sara McCarthy has over 10 years of professional experience in business development and account management. Sara began their career in 2009 as a Campus Rep for 1stGIG.com, and in 2010 they took on an Infection Prevention Intern role at 3M. In 2011, they returned to 3M as a Territory Manager and Account Representative, responsible for growth of sales, education of products and relationships within the territory. In 2015, they joined LiteCure LLC as a National Accounts Manager and Territory Manager. In 2020, they became the Director at Cornerstone Caregiving, and in 2021 they assumed the roles of Director of Post Acute Business Development and Senior Partnership Lead at Swift Medical. Additionally, they were a Missions Intern at Hillcrest Covenant Church in 2009.

Sara McCarthy attended Belmont University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Negotiation, Mediation, and Business Analytics. Prior to that, they attended Baylor University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Professional Selling, and concentrations in Marketing and Economics. Her educational journey began at Blue Valley North, where they attended high school.
