Jeremy L. Bennett

Jeremy L. Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jeremy'smost recent position was as the Global Head of Corporate Security at Swift, where they led efforts to manage and reduce risk to global critical infrastructure. Prior to that, they were a Member of the International Security Management Association (ISMA), where they networked with security executives from major corporations. Jeremy also served as a Validation Board Member at The Security Institute, mentoring and promoting security leaders. Earlier in their career, Bennett worked as a Team Lead at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and as a Security Adviser at the United Nations. Additionally, they have experience as an entrepreneur, educator, and former Royal Marines Commando.

Jeremy L. Bennett has a diverse education history. In 1985, they completed Commando Training at the Royal Marines Commando. Jeremy furthered their education in various fields such as Biology and Sports Science (FA) at West Herts from 1993 to 1996. Jeremy also pursued Military Intelligence, General at Templer in 1987-1988 and obtained O levels at Wolfreton Upper School, South Ella, East Yorkshire from 1982 to 1986. In 2014-2015, they focused on Cyber Security at The Open University and Fire and Safety at CIEH. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Aviation security officer from FCO and studied Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism at Leiden University. Jeremy also attended the University of Maryland to understand the Terrorist threat. Recently, they are currently pursuing an Executive Leadership degree at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford until 2022. Jeremy L. Bennett has acquired additional certifications in various areas including Crisis Communication Planning, Cybersecurity, and Microsoft Azure Security Concepts.
