Nicolette van Den Berg - Schnepper

Nicolette van den Berg - Schnepper's work experience includes positions at various companies. Nicolette is currently the Head of Learning Delivery at Swift since December 2023. Before that, they were the Chief of Staff to CXO and Head of Customer Experience Office from April 2022 to December 2023. Nicolette also worked as a Change Manager and PMO Global Customer Experience Enablement at Swift from October 2020 to April 2022, and as a Change Manager for the Cloud Program from February 2020 to October 2020.

Prior to joining Swift, Nicolette worked at N.V. Juva as a Change Manager from September 2018 to February 2020, a Portfolio Manager and Agile Coach from February 2018 to February 2020, and a Program Manager from October 2016 to February 2020.

Nicolette also has experience at Westland Infra as a Project Manager from November 2012 to September 2016, Sound of Data as a Project Manager and Product Owner from September 2009 to November 2012, Veenman (a Xerox company) as a Project Manager from August 2008 to August 2009, Blanchard International The Netherlands as an Impact Consultant from March 2007 to July 2008, and RSM Erasmus University as a Student Assistant from 2005 to 2006.

Nicolette van den Berg - Schnepper has a diverse education history. In 2001, they obtained a BSc in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Nicolette then continued their studies at the same university and obtained an MSc in International Business Administration in 2007. During their studies, they also attended Universidad de Zaragoza in 2005 to pursue an MSc in Empresariales Internacionales. In 2006 and 2007, they studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and received another MSc in International Business Administration.

In 2012, Nicolette attended Inholland Academy to pursue Product Marketing Management. Nicolette also obtained additional certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster in December 2017 and Change Management Executive Program from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2019. Nicolette has also taken various courses and trainings in subjects such as project management, cloud computing, and leadership.
